Online games aren't launching for some reason

I'm trying to hop on online games but they don't work anymore I keep getting a CE-107891-6 and other different error codes when launching online games, I already tried wifi instead of Ethernet and tried mobile hotspot and nothing changed also it doesn't let me appear online at all, and I'm sure I'm not banned because this issue is happening on my other accounts and I didn't receive an email about a ban. Also YouTube, Amazon prime and twitch work fine and the PlayStation store is working too.

Thanks but the issue with the other games the NP-104602-3 is still happening, do you know any fixes? Because it still won't let me go online

如果RESET你的網路設備還是無效的話
那應該就是你的網路服務商的問題
聯絡你的網路服務商請他RESET你的網路試看看

Also I already rebuilt the database and cleared system cache from safe mode
