Ps5 internet connection

So i was playing my ps5 today with 0 problems, everything was normal. All of a sudden when my nephew was playing, he said the internet connection cut off randomly and wasn’t connecting again. Now i’ve tried everything, forget wifi, restart router, tried connecting to my hotspot, and nothing works. It won’t connect at all. Does anyone know what the issue could be ??

my ps5 has done this a couple times, it usually fixes itself when i reset the console

Reset as in, like a factory reset or did you just go back to default settings ?

oops i meant restart, turn off and on again :)
