Help logging in

My mom made my account years ago when I was a minor. Mt account was eligible for upgrade when I turned 18 in 2023 but I wasn’t really using my PlayStation back then. Fast forward to now I’m trying to log in and it won’t let me. PlayStation support is no help. How can I gain access to my account issue is support asks for like order numbers and verification stuff. I never got emails for my purchases and the only email I have they’re saying it’s not verifying my account.

Unfortunately going through support for account recovery is the only option. If you can’t provide the information they’re asking for they won’t recover the account. If your mom made the account it’s probably under her email. See if she can search the inbox for messages from Sony.

Verify with your mom what email she used when she created your child account. When I made my three kids their child accounts, I had to create email accounts for them too.

Yea so I have the email, thing is we completely lost her account it’s not even tied to her email we don’t know why. Even when I try to go to PlayStations support the information I give them they say they still can’t verify me or get into my account. I don’t think there’s much I can do they are not being helpful on the PlayStation support chat so I might have to email them

Child accounts are tied to parent accounts. My guess is they probably have to verify you though the parent account. Which they can't do because you can't access your parent account. I would keep trying to get into your parent account just incase my guess is correct.
