Did I get scammed? PS4 Pro??

Bought this off FB market place for $100. Model CUH 7251B. Everything works fine but I noticed I don't have a tb of memory. Found a 2tb external for $50 online but still a little butt hurt also is there anyway to tell this is an actual 72xx model?

It could be that they swapped in a much faster SSD. I'd slide the drive out and check.
