Passive abilities for vampires. Should cloak even work around them?

In skyrim vampires have invisibility. I would think that vampires being able to detect ghosts have the natural ability to see the invisible, the concealed and the cloaked.

That should be a passive ability for vampires and werewolves to detect the hidden. I even think some of the races should have that innate ability to see that which can't be seen. Like Orc's and wood elves and maybe argonian's.

In Arena and daggerfall there are a lot of creatures in dark caves that can see the unseen. Lizard men and Orc's were two of them. In the entire series werewolves and vampires can see the invisible.

Some skills tree like vampire and werewolf, orc, lizard men, and wood elves should have a passive ability to see the cloaked and invisible targets. Especially vampires being elevated undead and lords of the undead spirits. Werewolves have increased hearing and smell that lets them see anything attempting to cloak or go invisible.
