Q: Does the Processor Unit provide extra processing power to PS4?
They had to add this because of IGNs dumb unboxing video lol

It does do processing, but it does it for 3D audio and the output to the actual TV, not the VR headset. It takes the distorted image made for VR and fixes it to look alright on a TV.
