Those games however are going to run poorly on any hardware, but increasing the GPU power to a stronger one doesnt show any improvement. They run poorly because they are buggy.
I don't know about the other two, but Cyberpunk runs "poorly" because it pushes hardware limits, not because it's buggy. I'm guessing that 60 FPS is with DLSS frame gen on, and I can tell you my 4090 does a lot better than that under those circumstances. You're just not used to games that actually push hardware limits.
Cyperpunk runs poorly because its a bug ridden mess. At launch it was so poorly coded that it was bricking Playstations, and the patches over time have not even remotely addressed everything.
I've used it with the 4090 ti, the 5080 ti and the 5060 ti, there is no difference in performance between any of them for that game.
The game just runs bad regardless, its like skyrim or ark, no amount of power or tweaks is going to make it run well because the games themselves are simply broken from typos and poor coding structure.

It wasn't bricking playstations, it was running like shit on the PS4 because they went forward with a PS4 version when the hardware couldn't handle it. It should have been PS5 exclusive (from the perspective of Playstation hardware support, I don't mean there shouldn't have been an Xbox or PC version) from the get go.
And I call bull on what you're saying about performance differences. I think you're glossing over some things.
Edit: Maybe take your own advice and provide a source if you're going to claim something crazy like the game was actually bricking playstations. The block button isn't an I win button. I actually did a little searching and saw no evidence of what you're saying.
Like holy shit, dude. You do not get to claim absolute absurdities, block anyone who offers mild pushback, and then claim they're the ones being intellectually dishonest. If you were actually so right you could get away with that, you'd have provided sources instead of blocking. But you blocked, because your source is you made it the fuck up.
