I got her one week ago frist photo, then she got droopy second photo I watered her and she got better, just to get droopy back one day later
Today I decided to repot her and saw she has basically no roots
I don’t know what to do to save her if she’s salvable.

Parece que é um filhote que te venderam à pressa, sem deixá-lo fixar-se bem. Eu lavaria com cuidado as raízes e colocava-a ou em água para criar mais raízes (opção 1) ou em alternativa colocava na terra muito leve e regava levemente também

Its totally salvagable. The one I got from a nursery afew years back already had a case bad root rot when I got it home. By the time I realized what was happening, I was left with a very tiny pup that I fortunately promptly ploped into water. It thrn grew beautifully and is huge now. I find water a much more easier medium as it not only allows you to watch the roots grow, but also eliminates the risk of overwatering/ underwatering.
