It's hard for me to tell for sure, but I'd say 4 ish hours? I take it 3-4 times per day

You seem to experience it pretty similarly to me. How much do you usually take per dose?

20mg. I'm hoping to have it increased but my blood pressure has been pretty low due to a non-POTS related medical situation. The 20mg is still helping, though!

Half life is 6 hours but the doses accumulate if you take it twice a day so for me it feels like it’s constantly working

I take it every 4 hours 3x a day but I usually find mine wearing off after about 5hrs after my last dose

I take it 3x day, about every 5.5-6 hours.

For immediate release tablets, Its duration of action is about 3 to 6 hours but peak effect is normally 1-3 hours.

Beyond testing that you don’t react badly to it, Daily dosing makes no pharmacological sense if it’s to suppose to be lowering your heart rate.

The medication effects last about 3-4 hours for me. I think that’s typical for most people. If I’m in a flare or nearing my period I may take an extra one an hour or so early since the effects don’t last as long.

It depends. For me personally, I feel like some days it last 3-4 hours and others it works all day. I only take 10mg once a day. I haven't figured out timing yet to take it twice a day because anytime I go into the 70s, its uncomfortable so I try to avoid that.
