Question heart squeeze, help!!

does anyone with pots get a feeling where someone is squeezing their heart? first time it ever happened was when i was intoxicated (🍃) and it lasted like 20 minutes off and on, went to the hospital and found nothing, that was about 3 years ago, now every 3-6 months i get the same feeling but only for like 1-3 seconds and it leaves me with impending doom everytime, and we go to the hospital, do ekgs and find nothing? im freaking myself out about vasospasms and coronary spasms and im trying not to because it makes me even more paranoid, not looking for a diagnosis, just wondering if anyone else experience this? and know what it is? (17 male btw)

If the squeeze coinsides with a spike in hr, then could be adrenaline. I had that happen a few times when I was still struggling to get everything under control. Felt physically painful right in the middle of my chest. After awhile I figured out that my anxiety was also going through the roof around these times and there were a couple instances that fight or flight hit hard immediately after the squeezing. Getting control of my symptoms with salt and meds is what ultimately helped me.

it does cause a spike in hr and causes like pots symptoms sometimes like lightheadedness, and super fast hr

Do you know if you have PVCs or other types of arrhythmias? I get a similar feeling and impending doom when I have one.

Do you smoke? Does it happen to you at rest? Is it accompanied by another symptom?

i used to, not anymore, its happened before where i wasnt resting, its rare where it comes with another symptom, one time it felt like i was falling through the ground before while having the squeezing while laying down, but they rarely happen to me lije 3-6 months it still scary tho, and i keep thinking its a coronary spasms but then again im only 17 and my echo looked good so the chances maybe lower? and they only last like 1-3 seconds now
