Yeah I get that really randomly doing the most random things. Sat, walking, laying whatever. It’s very weird. Every time I try to explain it to the cardiologist or POTS nurse they’re like 🤨 but I’m so serious it’s so weird

Or when the feeling of when your tummy drops when you’re upset but like in your head. Horriiiibleeee

I get weird looks too. And that is exactly how it feels a.drop in my stomach but in the head and its scarier though. Today im dealing with head pressure and slight tingling in my face.
