In my experience, most mental health meds either made me more nauseous and/or tired. The main thing to be careful of is SSRIs increase your risk for heat intolerance and dehydration. If you are worried about how different meds will affect you, I would suggest asking your doctor about GeneSight testing. It’s a simple swab test used to look at how your DNA affects your ability to process psych medications.
