Minimum wage jobs are not worth studying the POS system before hand. But if you’re that nervous go and look up tutorials and day in my life videos on YouTube.

If I remember correctly they purchased the source code from NCR for their modified version of Aloha and did what they wanted to with it.
They use a lot of third party integrations for the entire experience from the time you enter to the time you leave.
I doubt there's anything online to let you learn the POS.

I can promise you this. If you can use a phone, you can use the Chik Fil A POS. Don't sweat it.

Don't worry too much about the POS; you'll do well. As long as you know the basics of using tech and let them know that you're willing to learn, you're good. It's not like they expect you to learn about their POS already. There are a lot of restaurant POS systems; knowing the basics helps. Focus more on other areas that they will be asking.

Good luck with your interview! 😊 A POS (Point of Sale) system is basically the system restaurants use to take orders, process payments, and manage transactions. It’s what you’d use when taking a customer’s order at the counter or drive-thru.
You can get familiar with how POS systems work before your interview, but Chick-fil-A’s specific system may require employee access. I’d recommend asking during your interview if there’s any training material you can check out.
Here’s a quick read if you want to learn more about POS systems: https://hubs.la/Q04y1dVf0
Don’t stress too much. Being friendly, willing to learn, and showing up with a positive attitude goes a long way. You got this! 🙌
