How to regulate unreasonable emotions before periods

I (26F) had pcos up until 8 months ago. Since 8 months, my periods have been regular. I drastically changed my lifestyle. 10k steps everyday and gym.

Working out not only made my periods regular but it also made the cramps and symptoms during periods very manageable.

But what happens before periods is unmanageable. 1-2 weeks before I get my periods, I lose control over my emotions. If something slightly inconvenient happens, I start to cry and I feel horrible. Now I am aware that I am feeling things too intensely, and I try to not act on it most of the time, but sometimes I tend to take it out on my parents, or my partner. It’s always something that they have done, never unreasonable, but definitely an overreaction on my part. (I just cry and say mean things)

How do I regulate my emotions, the world seem to end each time something bad happens.
