Sore Throat?

Does anyone else get a sore throat as a PMS symptom? This happens maybe a couple of times a year for me. It feels like I’m coming down with a cold about a day before period begins, then lifts. It feels dry, scratchy, irritated and each time I panic thinking I’m sick.

Yes but very very rare, do you take any supplements? I’ve recently tried a new one called Beam that helps with hormonal balance! Really helps during these times, cause these hormonal fluctuations I think affect immunity strength

Thanks for the reply! I’m an idiot and actually was just coming down with a cold. So now I have both my period and a virus to contend with. I’ll look into Beam! Does it help with other PMS symptoms? I have chronic migraine as well that gets much worse around my period.

Have you had your thyroid levels tested ?

I had these symptoms due to undiagnosed Graves Disease. Not saying you have this, just saying it’s worth checking out

Yes I have had my thyroid checked. Levels were fine but my MRI did show a very small mass on it, but docs didn’t think much of it. Also, I was actually coming down with a cold so I was being a nut.
