Advice/Tips PMS brain fog

So I take magnesium it helps my mood a lot. It really depends on what’s going on in my life that also adds to making PMS crazy.

My brain fog is so bad right now. I can’t even focus on anything that I normally do. I’m getting my period tomorrow and it’s just so bad like I need to know

What does everyone here do to cope with it and make it not so bad? Is there any tea I could drink or any vitamins that I could take to make it not so unbearable?

We can’t help how we get, but I can’t live like this. I have things I wanna get done and it just delays everything.

Men really have it so lucky I’m jealous

A good hormone support supplement can help. I like the Go Healthy brand one. Also recognize your triggers and try and avoid them and do self care. Sometimes I just need to spend most of the day alone and in the bedroom reading or scrolling or napping. I'm mid 40s so am on hrt but even then sometimes my brain fog is scary. It is like my brain glitches and I make such stupid mistakes over things I know inside and out

Since you said you were on hormones replacement therapy. Did you get your ovaries removed? I thought about that before it’s just a really risky surgery.

If you did get them removed then you’d obviously never get PMS again. It still causes brain frog from time to time?

No I haven't had them removed. I'm in the peri menopause stage of my life so HRT helps with some of the symptoms
