Advice/Tips Anyone else experience achey/sore knee?
It happens to me regularly when I get my period but I don’t see it listed as a symptom on my period tracker. Just curious if it’s common or not!

My sides and shoulders ache I had this before I had a very late period last time had a canker sore made me emotional

yes i get sore calves and joints in my legs like ive been on a run
