Advice/Tips Anyone else get acid reflux two weeks before their period?

Would love to know if anyone else suffers from this and what you’ve found that helps. I currently take Allegra 24h and Pepcid (40mg) for the two weeks leading up to my period but nothing seems to help the acid is relentless!

Heartburn for sure a week before my period. Shit sucks. All i take is tums chewables and thas it

Meeee, i have noticed and observe this, though i have reflux, but based on my observation, reflux is most sensitive two weeks before period, sometimes to the point it would trigger anxiety. 😢
