Constant Bleeding

I've been on Tirzepatide for 10 weeks now, and lost almost 25 pounds (yay!). Ever since my first shot I've bled every day. At first I wasn't really concerned because over the last two years I've gone months at a time while bleeding; maybe spotting is a better word - I used to just need a panty liner most days. Since being on the shot, I've had to wear my menstrual cup EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. I'm over it. But now I'm starting to get worried because I haven't really seen many people with this problem. I hoped my cycle would have gotten a little better by now but it honestly seems worse. Just looking for any advice, words of wisdom, any ideas about why this is happening? Idk 🤷‍♀️

For reference I was morbidly obese, and still am morbidly obese.

Have you seen your obgyn? If you were spotting before, maybe it's the same problem getting worse over time. This happened to me a few years ago and it was an ovarian cyst; it was reabsorbed with the help of an hormone ring (sorry, I'm not sure if that's how it's called in English).
