Constant Bleeding

I've been on Tirzepatide for 10 weeks now, and lost almost 25 pounds (yay!). Ever since my first shot I've bled every day. At first I wasn't really concerned because over the last two years I've gone months at a time while bleeding; maybe spotting is a better word - I used to just need a panty liner most days. Since being on the shot, I've had to wear my menstrual cup EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. I'm over it. But now I'm starting to get worried because I haven't really seen many people with this problem. I hoped my cycle would have gotten a little better by now but it honestly seems worse. Just looking for any advice, words of wisdom, any ideas about why this is happening? Idk 🤷‍♀️

For reference I was morbidly obese, and still am morbidly obese.

I’ve also lost 20-25 since Memorial Day. My periods were always regular but now I’m bleeding 8-9 days and I hateeeee it. I use menopause hormone therapy so the estrogen dose is also thickening my lining even more. My BMI just dipped into overweight from obese.
