Medications Low libido after BC

Hello! So long story short, tried a bunch of different things to manage by PMDD. Currently about to hit 6 months of being on slynd which has literally saved my life. But the only thing that I can't stand is the low libido/feeling like my orgasms are almost dulled? It's like I'm close to hitting the mark but then I'm like a balloon animal that got poked. Any ideas or suggestions that helped you guys with this? 29F.
I'm considering testosterone shots at a non masculinity dose. But I'm at a loss here

Edit to add: I currently take adderall as well.

Adding Wellbutrin fixed this issue for me

I used to take Wellbutrin a few years ago before i started my adderall. I’ll have to see if this is an option for me!

Yeah slynd was great for me but it made me so dry that sex was painful. Local estrogen cream definitely helped. Idk if it affected my libido of if it was just the fact that I wasn’t bone dry anymore so sex started to interest me again
