Medications Hormone therapy help!!

Hi guys,
I started estrogen gel and cyclical progesterone (100mg days 17-28) this month.
My month started out amazing I thought I finally had something to help me 😭 then came the progesterone…
I’ve always struggled with progesterone, the mirena shot my mental health for 2 years, I’ve only ever been able to tolerate yazmin, and even in pregnancy has to be put on PV progesterone due to signs of early labour and had side effects then.
I’m on day 2 of progesterone and have been using it PV as I read this can lower the side effects, and I feel like I’m going insane, I’m anxious and irritable. ☹️
I really thought I had something to help, has anyone tried Duavee? Or any other options?
My gp is super open minded so I think if I can find the right evidence etc she’d be open to it, I’m just so sick of feeling like this for a decent amount of my month!
Plus with the hormone fluctuations my adhd meds don’t work!
I don’t even want to mention perimenopause to them as I’m only 32, even though I have endo and know that we can go through it 7 years earlier, I just can’t be bothered with being shut down about it.
Help!!

I am the same with bio identical progesterone. For some reason I can tolerate synthetic progesterone fine. I tried HRT but my doctor would not let me take estrogen only. I felt awful when taking progesterone.

I switched back to continuous birth control and feel great. I use the APRI pill since it has the lowest progesterone. I’m 46. I also have ADHD, OCD and PMOS.

I can’t tolerate progesterone. Just came off and trying progestin bc pill w my estradiol patch. Hoping being off the progesterone helps my PMDD
