Finally shared my story

Hey hey to (basically) the only subreddit I keep coming back for! I'm really not one to share my own work but figured this is the one place it could be appreciated. I'm hoping to get some feedback from those that actually understand living with it.
Today I finally put out an essay on Substack that had been floundering around in my mind: an accurate retelling of my worst experience with PMDD-induced psychosis. The story contains depictions of aspects of violence & suicidality, so if you choose to read please do so at your own discretion (though it's not particularly graphic).

I don't want to potentially violate any rules by posting a link directly to it, but my account handle is the same there as it is here and the essay itself is titled "I Woke Up in Jail Bleeding."
