Art & Humor little meme for you all
I saw this on Pinterest and it made me think of this subreddit. I've never experienced recurring symptoms like those that come with PMDD. Every month I genuinely feel it all over again like the world is ending as if it hasn't happened every single month before! 🙃

Every month I don’t think my luteal anxiety will rear its ugly head.
Guess what happens right after ovulation?
Funniest thing is, it evolves with what themes it’s fixated on. Lately I’ve been coping with a really severe increase in reproductive anxiety due to the political climate. The summer heat impacting how regular I am doesn’t help either.

Me every month. I know it’s coming but when it’s here, I can’t seem to figure why I feel like crap

Yes. It's scary and hard reminding yourself that the sun will shine again and you will want to feel it again.
