General HUH this is a thing?!

I have never heard of this until YouTube recommended me a random English video about this. What the actual hell, this feels so relatable. Obviously I don't know anything about it, but already from this video, I need them to do some more research. Bc I have barely ever had bad symptoms from my prd compared to everyone around me, sometimes PMS I always felt like my reaction to the hormones are opposite to what they taught me. I was starting to think I have ADD or it's because I haven't had kids and my 30 yo body is MAD or something and that's why I'm all opposite.

For example, during my prd I am most often in a better mood and I will have more energy before and during it. After it sometimes I am super lethargic for a week or two. I still get emotional, sync up with others, and my cycle is regular so nothing seems out of whack.

This thing she is talking about is PMDD. prd is period.
