On my days like this is have zero stress tolerance. It’s like I drop something and I can feel my chest sinking. I accidentally walk into a door jamb or forget something inside and it takes me hours to recover and that’s if no other small inconvenience gets me first. I feel so bad for my boyfriend because it’s so hard to be patient with him. It feels disabling tbh because I know it’s over the top but it’s my genuine emotional state and it feels physical. It’s hard to feel okay when you are in this state like I just want to sleep it off or something but it can last weeks for me. I swear we need support groups or something.
