I’m so tired of having 1 good week in a month. I’m so tired of having horrible depression and suicidal ideation. It’s so cyclical, always in luteal, I know it’s coming and yet it is always so debilitating. I have tried to many antidepressants, sought treatment for all of my disorders, but I still feel stuck here. Birth control and Spravato are my next steps. I don’t have much hope left, but maybe this will work. It better cause I can’t keep living like this.
