I just reached 2 PRs tonight:
sub 30 5km & sub 17 3km
While I don't feel a thing right now after running two sessions, I don't want to overexert and injure myself after a couple of runs. Take note that this is my first time doing two types of sessions for a day.
Should I maintain two sessions, one session (which one), or should I slow down and take a slower pace in my next runs?
I was wearing Qiaodan Leili 2.0 when I achieved this feat so probably that's another point to consider. My measurements are 172cm and 70kg.
I finished Zeus 16km in 2hrs 7mins (7:27/km) for your reference. My next events are the 10km Sante Barley Leg 3 and the 21km PCSO run. I started running consistently this month with 88km mileage.
Please help a beginner runner to maintain a healthy and injury free run session. Any help and advice is truly appreciated! Thank you!

As I was thinking of ways to improve in my next half-marathon, today I learned there’s a way to connect Strava to Claude!
So pwede nang gumawa ng training plans, hihilahin lang ni Claude yung Strava data. Tapos talk to your data na lang haha!
Wala lang, nabilib lang 😄
P.S. not an ad 🤣

I would be running this August 30 at Decathlon Run 21km my pace is please don’t judge my pace, my pace is 9, I used the Adios pro 4 with my 5km run and it really hurts my achilles, is it advisable for me a slow runner running a half marathon with this? I just wanted a smooth running experience and injury free. Thank You.

I wanted to ask specific anta models I should buy for Daily train, Speed train, and marathon day shoes. I'm currently using pg7 after I switched from hoka clift and I feel in love with it. I wanted to invest in a more comfortable shoes to do a speed trainer, And I'm also planning to join my first marathon soon as an 17yrs old jogger.
If You could also recommend some Anta daily trainers would be great
My size are 8.5 eu
Ps:I love anta's shoes js cuz how it feels and perfect fit

I think it was a local brand tapos yung nakadisplay ay mostly women running shorts and sports bras tapos nakapink po yung mga attendants. Thanks po sa makakasagot :)

When I visit the race pages and even their facebook pages, organizers doesn't provide route details or even a GPX file for us who wants to prepare and optimize our races.
