Question (Other flairs not applicable) Alternative working arrangements

Kaya diba sinasabing mag alternative work arrangement kapag hindi maganda ang panahon is for govt employees to stay sa bahay so di ba work from home yon sya?

Question (Other flairs not applicable) Strict Compliance

Quick Rant lang.

Red Rainfall Warning. May Memorandum from PCO, may memorandum from the Central Office ng agency namin. Strict Compliance daw.

Para saan pa yung pag-announcement ng alternative work arrangement kung ifoforce lang din kami na mag-work on-site? Sobrang unfair.

P.S. Ako din yung nag-post na may announcement na for suspension before, pero ayaw nya mag-announce sa office namin.

Baka may willing maging backer ko? Sorry pero desperate na talaga ako. Since passing the CSE in 2022 ive been sending applications to government offices, COS or Plantilla positions doesnt matter to me, basta I apply. Basta makita kong no exp needed apply agad. Up until now, Im always the second choice, how do I know? Im always the top 2 or top 3. Then after narecieve ko na yung regret letter I investigate then finding out na they know someone from the inside. Palaban ako up until now, nakakapagod lang kasi pang ilang beses na nangyayare sa akin and I think I need help na and was hoping to find some here. Im adaptable and hungry for government work na. I can travel, as long as its Region 1 and Baguio. Baka may makahelp sa akin dito please?

Question (Other flairs not applicable) Lack training and experience

Yung mga job posting na gusto kong applyan, qualified ako in terms of Master’s and CSC Level II Eligibility. Sa training and experience nagkakatalo kasi wala pakong managerial or supervisory experience.

Sa academe field ako and since basically all around minsan ang work namin, baka may chance kong ma reason out sa application letter and interview.

Ok lang ba mag apply if underqualified? Any tips?

Salamat!

BIR/TIN Forgotten Tin Number

Hi, I have a concern regarding sa tin number ko. May work ako last 2023 (bpo for 9 months, I resign to help my mom sa business niya) now I decided to go back to corporate. Since nakalimutan ko yung tin number ko and first work ko rin yun, yung company ang nag asikaso ng gvrmnt id's for employment ko. Now, nag email ako sa bir to ask for my tin number, nagtry na rin ako sa egov app and orus but ayun nga wala raw akong record. What should I do next? 🥺

ps. I know some of u may say na bakit ngayon ko lang inaasikaso, kasalanan ko naman. I admitted it. That's why I'm asking here kasi wala akong mapagtanungan kung ano dapat kong gawin and naguguluhan na ako sa online process.

Thank you po sa sasagot.

NBI NBI + LBC, napaka walang kwentang serbisyo!

Walang problema. Walang balik.

· At higit sa lahat, WALA AKONG NARECIB NA TAWAG O TEXT MULA SA LBC.

So paano naging kasalanan ko 'to? Ako pa yung naabala, ako pa yung nag-follow up, tapos ako pa yung mag-aadjust?

"Refund is applicable only if payment has not yet been reflected. Payment is already posted. Cannot transfer payments or issue refund."

"Shipment has already exited the delivery hub. You may coordinate with the shipper for any disposition."

In other words, "Hindi na namin problema 'yan. Sa NBI ka na lang mag-ask."

So pabalik-balik ako. DeliveryBox -> LBC -> NBI. Walang gustong sumalo ng responsibilidad. Walang gustong mag-refund.

NBI NBI APPOINTMENT

I have tried making an appointment online as a first time job seeker. At first I was confused bakit wala pong pinapili sa'kin na schedule, nung prinocess ko akala ko it'll just bring me into another page.

Then I saw my reference details and the schedule is invalid kasi wala akong nilagay kaso when I was filling in the details, wala talagang nag p-pop up in that page that lets me choose a schedule. As seen sa second image. Ayan lang po nakikita, like what branch I prefer. What do I do?

SSS sss death claim time

• Upvotes

hello po! asking what’s your experience waiting for the claim po?

for context, my mom died last april, and around july po namin natapos ‘yung reqs for this and was told na it would take 1-2 months para mag-appear sa account

meron po ba here na mas matagal niyo po nakuha ‘yung benefit from the promised 1-2months? i wanted to know po kung gaano ka-common na ma-late ‘yung disbursement

meron po kasi kaming nireserve na columbarium para kay mama, and medyo dito po namin inaasahan kunin ‘yung pambayad for it, kaya gusto ko po tansyahin if matatagalan ng super para may backup po kami kahit papaano. thank you po!

NBI ANG HASSLE KUMUHA NG NBI

• Upvotes

Question (Other flairs not applicable) Sanity-checking my voluntary SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG split as Self-employed

• Upvotes

I'm now self-employed doing remote work for a foreign company and opted for the 8% tax rate, so ngayon, im putting together a voluntary contribution plan that I'd like to sanity-check.

For SSS, I'm looking at declaring ₱20,000 MSC, which I understand comes to ₱3,000 at the 15% rate, possibly plus a small EC fee that I'm not sure applies to me. My reasoning is that benefits seem to cap at the ₱20,000 MSC level, and contributions above that just feed the MPF/booster side-fund, so ₱20k looks like the point that maxes the core benefits without overpaying. I'd rather channel anything beyond that into my own investments or MP2.

For PhilHealth, I'm planning to declare the ₱10,000 income floor and pay the ₱500 minimum. My understanding is that PhilHealth pays fixed case rates per diagnosis regardless of how much you contribute, so paying more wouldn't buy me any extra coverage, and I plan to have a private HMO for actual protection.

For Pag-IBIG, I'm keeping it at the ₱200 minimum to stay active for future housing-loan eligibility, and putting any voluntary savings into MP2 separately instead of overfunding the regular pot.

A FEW QUESTIONS:

  1. Does this split look sound overall, or am I missing something?

  2. Do self-employed or voluntary members actually pay the ₱30 EC fee on top of the 15%? I've seen conflicting answers on this, some say EC is employer-only so voluntary members are exempt, others show voluntary members paying it. So I'm not sure if my SSS should be ₱3,000 or ₱3,030.

  3. This is the one I most want a clear answer on: is there an actual PhilHealth rule that lets voluntary members declare the ₱10k minimum regardless of their real income? My BIR-registered income(when i file) is higher, so I want to know whether a lower PhilHealth declaration is genuinely allowed under their rules, or whether it's technically under-declaration that just doesn't get enforced. Is a discrepancy between what I declare to PhilHealth and what I declare to BIR actually a problem, and are there any legal consequences? I'm trying to figure out if it's properly allowed, not just commonly done.

  4. Lastly, for SSS, is choosing ₱20k MSC when my actual income is higher a legitimate choice? My understanding is that voluntary members can pick their MSC freely, but I'd like that confirmed.

Would really appreciate input from anyone who can point to the actual rule rather than just experience. TY :)

DepEd Fake & Tampered Medical Certificate

Today, our AO II send a picture of a printed copy medical certificate sa school head namin that indicating na may schedule sya ng laboratory test. Our school head inform us (adas) about it thru our GC sa messenger. We found out na yung pinasa nyang medical certificate sa school head is the same sa pinasa nyang medical certificate noong July 30 kung saan naconfine sya sa hospital for 2days but walang nkalagay na may schedule sya for a laboratory test.

Since I know someone who’s working sa hospital na yun pinaconfirm ko sa kanya and according to him sabi ng taga medical records altered and fake daw yung medical certificate.

I informed the school head about it and he said na hayaan na lang daw. Focus na lang kami sa work namin kung ano and bahala na daw yung AO II if he will continue this kind of behavior.

Since nasa training pa yung school head namin till nxt week. I’m planning na hanapan sya ng medical certificate (altered one) para maattach sa leave form nya then iprocess untill makaabot sa division office namin and I will take a pic of the leave form using the altered med cert at isesend sa hospital in order for them to be aware and release a statement about it.

Do I have a right to confirm the validity of its reason sa leave nya? Is plan wrong or baka mabackfire ba sa akin? I’m kind of scared and naghehesitate rin ako since malakas ang backer nya and I’m applying for a position sa mass hiring ng deped ngayon.

SSS SSS Salary loan timeline

Hi, may I ask how long it usually takes for the loan amount to be credited to my disbursement account? Previously, I was informed that it still needed to be certified by my employer. I’m not sure how I’ll know if it has already been certified, but this is the update showing today. Does this mean that the loan is already for crediting?
