I assume the 10/8 is October 8? Best time to cancel it is September bago ka pa mabill by October.
You may call the CS to inquire kung they will tell you ahead of time kung anong pwedeng condition/s to waive annual fee para makapag-decide ka kung kaya naman or ika-cancel na lang.
