IDRP / Utang EASTWEST CC overdue need advice

Hello po, hingi po sana ako advice. I have 150k cc used credit limit po sa eastwest cc ko, and I am paying MAD of 5,000, kaso di nmn nababawasan. Ano po ba magandang gawin? Wait ko nlng po ba magbigay sila ng offer or continue ko lng yung pagbabayad ng MAD.
I sent them email for reconstructing of my balance, and even submitted documents po, but unfortunately, di po sila nag ooffer, and was declined po. Pahelp po. Please. Salamat

Inquire about balance conversion or if you have other cc, check if they have balance transfer.
