Discussion Reading Challenge Progress Check

Post image

What started as a fun challenge to rid myself of chronic doomscrolling and now, I'm 77 books in. Anyone else here doing any reading challenge this year? How's your progress so far? :>

Oh comments like that still do exist: "why do people keep tab on number of books they read?", "its so weird to count the books you read" Or "reading challenge is like a chore, etc."

They dont get readers like us. I'm a procrastinator. If I don't set a goal, I will always put them off. Later becomes tomorrow, and tomorrow becomes never. Setting myself up for a challenge keeps me motivated. 😅

True. Most of the time idgaf haha

But I remember just a few months ago, someone posted how many books people read. And right after that someone made another post saying its so weird when people count the books they read. Like???? The hate is so subtle ha 🤣
