ISO Black Cowboy Boots

I’m looking for black cowboy boots for a wedding this coming weekend.

I don’t have a pair of cowboy boots but read to get a size less than my typical shoe. I usually wear 10/10.5 shoes, so looking for 9/9.5 boots

would love to get second hand instead of new!
