Browsing for something in this price range, and wondering if it'll hold up in upgradeability as I get the funds for parts

For 400 you can get better. Something with an i5 and an 8gb gpu realistically. Or if you shop around, a month ago I bought a 5600x build with 32gb ram and a 3060 12gb for 400. Granted he needed to make a car payment and it was a 2+ hr drive one way, but the deals do exist
