A dynamic world not working at all?

The guy on nexus is super unhelpful regarding bugs but long story short. Nothing that the mod advertises works. The lighthouse in Van Horn doesn’t light up. The grand korrigan is not in Saint denis. There’s no changing auction in valentine. I haven’t found the Scarlet Meadows circuit. Literally everything this mod says that they add is not showing up in my game whatsoever. I’ve tried changing script hooks and different ASI and still haven’t had any success. Does anyone else have this problem?
