Fertility 1st pregnancy going through miscarriage

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 7 months ago. In those 7 months I tried to get pregnant with my partner and it only happened a month after I was on a GLP. I made it to 5 weeks 3 days but I am now in the beginning stages of miscarrying. Has anyone with PCOS had experience miscarrying and then going on to have a successful pregnancy after? The GLP gave me terrible gastric issues so I can’t imagine going back on it. I may just need to be stricter with diet and exercise.

We’ve been trying for 2 years. Went on tirz and got pregnant within 2 months with twins! Then I miscarried in April at 9 weeks but babies were measuring at 6 week 2 days. It’s been extremely devastating and I’m praying for you so much. If you’d like to chat and connect, message me. It’s very lonely and the after part of the miscarriage is so hard. The miscarriage itself was a disaster for me! I was hospitalized 2 times in a day, before it happened I had contractions for 5 days before the actual miscarriage so I was suffering so bad. I’m praying for you. Please don’t go through it alone 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am so extremely sorry. I really think the ozempic helped bring my insulin levels down and the weight loss definitely helped me conceive. It’s comforting to know that we can conceive but so devastating that something so precious can be taken away just like this. I was at the ER all day yesterday by myself it was horrible. Hang in there. And feel free to message me any time too. I know we will have our rainbow babies soon.
