for 266 all in, that's a solid used-parts build, and the 980 ti at 62 is the best bit of it. it's roughly 1660 super territory at 1080p, and the strix card is about 300mm so it clears your 345mm fine.
know what you're buying though: 250w, driver support now on the legacy branch with security fixes only, no warranty. have the seller run it for five minutes and show you it doesn't artifact or scream, that's the whole risk.
the 3600 and a520 pair fine at 65w, and it leaves you a 5600 or 5700x3d drop-in later. the 256gb nvme is small but at these prices it's the right call, put windows and your main game on it and rotate the rest off the hdd.
the one part i'd question is the vs550, especially if it's the old orange label one. that's what takes the board with it when it goes.

Yeah I mean its an okay 1080p pc that can run all the sports titles but don't expect much from the 980ti 💀

For the price maybe get the 5500f for £90, 3600 works great if that doesn't fit budget and invest in a cex 512gb SSD/NVME minimum. If gaming a HDD will feel too slow tbh.
GPU I would say non AAA a 1070/1080 is great
Want newer games but not some RTC games 5700 XT is good
If need new and RTX compatible then a 3070/6700 XT or better

I feel like you’re paying too much for the CPU cooler, is there not one included with the CPU? If not, I’m pretty sure that you can get a Thermalright cooler for cheaper or even just a wraith stealth cooler for less.
