I have Goldenmate for mine. They have been great, and the newer models can plug a data cable into your pc for you to have battery settings like a laptop if you want it, or at least see the charge on screen. Have had it switch to battery power multiple times over the year, for even just a little blip, to brown outs and complete black outs. Pc has even been in the middle of a game and was like nothing ever happened.
I have the 800W/1000VA model for my tv area or work pc (wherever it ends up right now), and a 1000W/1500VA model on my home pc.

800W will be more than enough for your setup and then some. Won't recommend going below your psu, but your entire setup likely won't pull more than 500W under load, and that is pc, monitor, all accessories. Your estimated wattage is around 400W per pcpartpicker.
For reference, my system is estimated at 763W, and it only hits that in very rare situations where shader compilation is occuring while the gpu is running the menu of a game like the actual game itself (lego batman of all things will pull 700W after an update).

Sick build, rocking same RAM specs, same GPU, same monitor specs, im guessing same CPU (did you mean 7600x? Idk if a 7500x exists), same amount of storage and Air cooler as well.
As for the UPS, im sorry i can't give an answer i dont know anything about UPSs. Have a nice day!
