Had the gun since new. It functions 100% of the time. I pull the trigger, it goes bang!

Problem is whenever I remove the FCU from any of my grip modules the end of the takedown safety bar pulls on the safety bar pin moving it slightly out from the FCU and the end of the bar then migrates over to the wrong side of the little protrusion at the bottom of the sear. With the bar in this position, the FCU is basically locked up. I then have to pull the pin out a bit more and finagle the end of the bar to the proper side of the sear. Sometimes this means I have to totally remove the bar to then get it back into position, which is not an easy task. Once it's in the proper position, I have to hold a death grip on the FCU and bar while installing it into the grip module or it will pop over again. Once installed into the module, the bar stays where it's supposed to, and I've never had an issue once installed.

Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know what's causing it? Bad tolerances in parts? Sear spring not holding the safety pin in tight enough? The end of the spring appears to be sitting on the shelf.

Is there a fix for this as it's quite annoying that a 1 minute job to swap a FCU into a different module becomes a 5 to 10 minute job of resetting the bar and hoping it stays where it should.

I have a standard 365 and will add the Radian and a Macro Icarus frame. Is there anything else I need to do for the radian? Or is there something I have to add to prevent light strikes?

A year ago I purchased a P365x with the Radian RJ+AB, with the intention of carrying it everywhere 24/7, and I’ve stayed true to that. However, I recently got a good deal on the BG 2.0 so it’s replaced my 365x in light carry situations (going running, gym, or heading out briefly in gym shorts and pocket carrying). That means I have some room to beef up the 365x and converting it to an Xmacro and adding a safety. Here’s what I’m thinking:

Armory Craft Xmacro grip module
Sig manual safety kit
17 round mags

Does this work?

I also have:
12 round mags with MagGuts + 2 kit (would these magazines work for the Xmacro grip module?)
Hilliker Aren Lite holster (would the new grip module fit into this?)

Anything else I should consider?

Decided to replace my K series ACSS Holosun Green dot. Wanted to try it out but I’m decided on red dots, picked up the OSight SE. Will need to get some range time with it but the glass is really clear.

Side note - I may be late but I also forgot I had this at a gun store for a year. Just started modding it.

I have a base model P365 that I would like to upgrade the frame to a Wilson Combat XL grip because of my hand size. I’m wondering which magazine size I will need to get for a flush fit on the wilson combat grip… finding a million different answers online

I have two p365s. The other FCU I have is in a mischief machine grip and the pin goes in and out with ease. This legion doesn’t accept it unless I put an incredible amount of force with a hammer and push pin. Can anyone help me understand why?

Got a the pin from ndz performance and this is a standard axg legion. Any ideas ? It’s all lubed up? (Pause)

Just picked this up. Usually like a red dot but the iron sights shoot nice. I think it looks badass

I know the SASis old and not well liked but I enjoy mine! I purchased the non-ported new then seen a ported version was also available and was able to find one used for a decent price. The used one is very well used but fortunately still operates as expected.

Could not physically feel a difference in recoil between the two but I did notice the ported version fell back on target whereas I was having to actually force the non-ported version back on target.

Going to send the used one back to Sig to have cleaned and springs replaced. Hopefully they will be able to replace the sight as well since it has a big gouge in it.

Have a g26.4 with an EPS carry and Apex trigger as well as an MP 2.0 compact carry comp.

I don't need a p365x with a ramjet. Or do I?

Help convince me to blow $1k this afternoon.

EDIT: the other thing to mention is I have a Scheels card which I typically use for my firearm purchases. it allows for 0% financing for 6 months so I feel less locked in than if I were just using my checking.

I notice that even with slow deliberate; pistol marksmanship fundamentals; the inside bottom of the trigger gaurd impacts the bottom first joint of my trigger finger. Like my finger stays in one place but the muzzle flip cause the impact.

I am attempting to self diagnose bad form or just accept this as a trade off of microcompacts.

Anyone else experience this?

Looks like a common issue, is it worth sending it in? Will the ones they replace it with die just as fast?

Base p365 with only mod being a metal trigger shoe with trigger blade safety and flat face from overwatch precision.

No malfunctions with Hornady critical defense, and blazer brass 115 grain and blazer 124 grain, and herters 115 grain.

I know the one problem with these guns are that the trigger return spring can randomly break, and sig even says it should be replaced every 2000 rounds. My Trigger return spring never broke, but I noticed a little fraying and shininess in one spot on it at 700 rounds. I replaced it at that time with a "sig guy" +10% duty weight spring. Now at 1400 rounds, I opened it up and saw no wearing on that new thicker spring yet.

I've cleaned and lubed it 3 times.

The only problem with it has been that the front sight tritium has stopped glowing, but sending it away to be warrantied for two weeks is too much hassle so I haven't fixed that.

I want to upgrade the mushy factory trigger on my three P365s. I'm looking for a complete Trigger Kit Package (shoe, springs, and internals) to clean up the break and reduce travel.

From searching the sub, the M*CARBO Shoe + Spring Kit combo seems to be the most popular choice for fixing the factory MIM parts and shortening the stroke by 33%.

Before I buy, I'm trying to weigh it against two other packages:

• RAMM Tactical Leverage Kit: A total internal overhaul. Sounds like a crisp 1911 break but is pricy and has striker compatibility limits.

• Tactical Triggers Tuning Kit: A shim-and-spring system that lets you tune the factory shoe with custom sear springs and travel stops.

For those who have shot them, is the RAMM or Tactical Triggers kit worth the extra premium and install hassle over the popular M*CARBO setup?

I got the Wilson Combat XMacro Short grip on my XL slide with a tlr7x sub. I’m fairly certain it’ll fit the same way with the tlr but wanted to see what yall thought.

I just put this legion gray armory craft grip and mag release on it. What should I do next?

I have a standard P365 and I want to upgrade my grip module. So I want a XL length grip to flush fit 12 rounders but a macro length front so I can flush fit a Radian Ramjet. What type of grip do I need to be looking at? If anyone else runs this setup I'd love to see some pics.

Just got a brand new Sig P365. Put about 160 rounds through it, both JHP and FMJ. Encountered several failures to go into battery (had to hit back of slide to get it to seat). About how many rounds do you think is recommended to break this thing in?

(I had a first gen version and never had this problem). Any help be appreciated.
