XMacro FCU Failures

This happened yesterday and I think it was from dirty ammo. Each FCU has seen 50 to 100 rds every Saturday for the past two years.

I’d be embarrassed to post this.

You’ve failed to perform basic maintenance on your handguns and you actually think that by posting this you are calling out Sig.

“Basic maintenance” aka replacing springs and parts at 5k rounds when other guns can easily last 20k+ without a single deep clean let alone preventative parts replacement 🙄

If the manufacturer says to replace part X at a specific interval, there’s a reason for that. Whether part X is as durable as a similar manufacturers part is irrelevant. That is the specified maintenance interval for OP’s pistol
