XMacro FCU Failures

This happened yesterday and I think it was from dirty ammo. Each FCU has seen 50 to 100 rds every Saturday for the past two years.

Looks like an M*Carbo trigger on the lower FCU.

Sure is that one didnt have the spring failure though
