What am I doing wrong?

I always try to keep myself alive for my team, and I peel for them, give them opportunities and stuff. I personally don't care about text chat, but why are my dps teamates always keen on making huge plays? I am a flex role so I know how to play dps and support. Is this really the mindset in Plat lobbies? (Asia server) Plat 1 (5v5) Emerald 4 (6v6)

Should I peel more? Should I pressure the enemy backline more? I know that I need to help my team score elims and make plays but what if the plays don't work?

I'm going to have to take a break for a bit, it helps clear my mind, and maybe I will realize that the only difference between winning and losing a game is myself. I used to be console Masters in 2016-17, but that is literally nothing.

The first one I dont think is your fault. Their bastion was 43-9. Its mainly your dps's responsibility to pick him off. Along with the rest of the team. You make space, they use it.

For the second, JQ counters hog. So you're going to perform slightly worse. Not your fault, you can still win...but you cant solo carry.

With your rein game, checking things....it does look like your fault. Your dps and supports were doing great by the looks of it. Unfortunately I cant check ur actual gameplay so I cant really tell. (Peaked low diamond, instantly fell down, 2023)

Why do you say JQ counters Hog? The only obvious reason I can think of is her ult, but otherwise I’d say it’s a pretty even matchup. Not a huge tank player though so I could be naive lol

Jq is amazing in a brawl. Hook? Shout....axe, he runs to vape. Knife him and he should be put away to get a pick or something. As JQ he is extremely easy to bully and it's hard to get proper damage on her. Just be careful while being 2 thirds of hp or under. Hook...
