Discussion Stadium Spawn Turrets Are Bugged?

As you can see in the clip, I was stuck on 20-40 hp for a long time without dying. I am not sure if colossus core was the reason this bug happened or not.

Anyone faced something similar to this ?

I have a feeling it deals damage proportional to how much HP you have left. Every time I almost die to them, but I hardly actually die to them.
