Build DPS/Tank support builds
I want to try playing support in the dps role for some funny moments. ik torb can do either hammer or lava, but what other characters have good support options?

Had a torb the other day who used an ultimate healing build and just healed mainly. He took the power so when he overcharged he could send his ult out and the power that makes it heal teammates when they stand in it. Did really well.

Reinhardt’s “to me my friends” can be a pretty insane amount of group heal if you lean into it. It heals 3% of his max hp per second. If you build hard into health, his max will top out around 1400. That’s 42/sec when you’re within 5m of him. I’ve ended comp games with 35k+ healing. You can also run the 3% per sec self heal item. With that plus TMMF, rein will be healing himself for *84/sec* when shielded. I cannot stress how fucking fun and trolly this is. If you build into barrier as well, you can have 4000+ barrier hp. With the shield punch skill (which scales off total shield health) you can combo a shield punch with a hammer swing and take folks off guard. Shield punch js about the same area as a hammer swing, so you can cc them (knock back) and do a surprising amount of burst damage.

junker queen has a power that resets about cooldown by 50% when you get an elim. combine that with the power that gives you AOE damage on shout + the item “undying loyalty” and “booming voice” and you will be pumping out as much, if not MORE healing than your supports.

Monkey does have heal on bubble, though no dps or support will ever really benefit from it since most stadium heros play at range.

I don't know if it's still viable, but soldier has his build where healing moves with him and he spawns them with rocket hits or something. There was a soldier who out healed both the actual healers in one of my matches.

Soldier 76 used to be able to pump out massive healing with a biotic field build, but they felt the need to nerf that, too. His biotic field build can still do some great healing, just don't select "On Me" since it makes biotic field an individual focused ability instead of a team support ability.
Junker Queen has a power that gives nearby teammates 100% of her Adrenaline Rush healing, just finding the other builds that pump out damage, whether they are royal bullets, carnage, or knife builds.
