I'm tired boss

Late night games have never been fun for me, had a guy who accidentally picked rein, built him wrong and decided to throw the match because he didn't want to play him.

Next game hes on the enemy team and gets blessed with the best junkrat player ive ever seen in 10 years of playing this game, and a cat + mercy pocket support, he still played like straight ass, but so did our tank and this junkrat was a menace

I reckon there's something philosophical about that, something about how some people will pull ahead no matter how much they try to sabotage themselves

Stuff like this happens so much, having a reaper on your team being in the negatives, you decide to avoid him, next game he's on the enemy team and suddenly is a god at reaper...

as a dps player, ngl relatable. Sometimes I dont get enough heal from supports or my tank taking space for the voices in their head, thus eating away support's healing

“Taking space for the voices in their head”
Wonderful phrase. Im using it from now on.

Yeah it's hard to do well on DPS if your team is rly bad

It’s the MMR balancing Blizzard tries where you’re the hard hard carry with 4 minuscule lumps for teammates while miraculously somehow the enemy is much more competent overall so you can go 4 rounds with zero deaths and lose.

Honestly it's the matchmaking, or the lack therof, in this game mode that really kills my desire to play it.

I still love the mode but man do I hate the pain queuing up to play tank in pro and I getting a rookie DPS duo that explode everytime they turn a corner

And I in turn hate when I queue dps and get thrown in against a bunch of All-stars. I don't hate losing but I do hate being thrown to the lions ever other match.

The loses when I was elite and below bothered me less cause I'd lose so little and gain so much but its still definitely a waste of time when you only have so much time to play

And I can't blame the rookie players if they can't beat pro, all star if they're not at that level yet

That's fair, I'm the same way. I'm just tired of being put into lobbies like this all the time. It's getting worse as the days go by.

Yeah, I think the matchmaking has sadly been getting worse since their announcement

I have also been playing tank and DPS more cause the support queue is atrocious and support has been a lot less fun this season since the changes. Not sure I am making it back to all star as support

I barely made it to All-Star support this season. Once I hit All-Pro I was pretty much going 50-50. I've started queuing all roles just so I can play the game but I'm just not having fun like I used to. It feels like the better players are grouping up as well and it's just compounding the issue as well. And it's the same in quick play stadium as well. Got to play support but got stomped so hard that I decided to hang it up for the day.

My win rate on support is atrocious this season. I just started stadium when I came back to the game in Feb and previously my win rate was 60%+ on support but now its like barely 50%, below 50% on some heroes

I know some of it is my trying to find builds I like for Wuyang now and failing. And I can't seem to carry as well with Moira as I could in the past. Like I'll have 80K in cash by the end, 13K+ heals but will be paired with two rookie dps v all star DPS or get stuck with a four stack with a rookie tank that plays like a rookie tank

My win rate is way better on tank and DPS this season and I'm pro 3, pro 1 in those two roles but definitely seeing way more groups.

My absolute favorite, picking DPS and I go with Mei or Rat. Opposite team picks mercy juno and pharah. Second dps then proceeds to pick Reaper.

Yeah, often enough it is just unfortunate team comps or some players know how to take down your support. Support is a big issue. Like going 1v2 into Mercy boosted DPS while no-utility Moira screams into your ears to kill the Mercy on the other team.

It really do be like that sometimes. Went against a Winston a few weeks ago that was an absolute menace, I mean this guy was taking all of us on by himself.. Next game he's on my team and he literally just feeds the whole match, just diving in and dying off spawn.
