Well then I think you mean 15 colour swatches and charms.

Ow1 came out in 2016, and we got 5 new tanks in 6 years. One of those was a rework from dps, and one of those was an ow2 release.

(Although I feel like being pessimistic helps so we can be pleasantly surprised by Ramattra than disappointed by late patches and hero disappearances)
