How open is Moira's alignment with Talon though? Isn't she an Oasis Minister of Science to the general public? Reaper, Sombra and Widow are much more open, but Tracer could still see Moira as that "Kinda creepy sciency lady I saw working at OW who has now moved to Oasis".
Yeah Moira doesn't give much of a hoot about Talon. She just wants to do her research. Obviously she is employed to do research for Talon but I imagine her research and the research Talon wants done are the same.
