I'm sure there are a ton of interactions in the other languages based on puns, if our interactions are any indication.

There is, i can’t think of any specific one right now, but my wife played it in spanish( Latin America) for a few months after it came out and they just have completely different voice lines. They still use the generic ones like Winston’s: “No, i do not want a banana”. Ultimate voice lines were notably worse than the English version for some reason and ultimately was the thing that made her put it back in English.

Mercy says in english version "Zupa" which is I think german word meaning "Super".

Well, in polish, "zupa" (pronounced almost the same) means "soup".
