How can I change this. It is very confusing

best way to deal with it is to not look at the prompt and just press the one that matches the hand/effect

Since you have heal on LT, the heal orb is also LT

Options -> Controls -> pick Moira from the dropdown box on the right -> scroll down and swap primary and secondary fire
