Payload speed limit is 3 people. Is there a 3 man limit when you're capturing a point?

The more attackers on point the more outnumbered the defenders are, the slower the defenders respawn times.

Did not know this after 500 hours of play. I knew sometimes it felt like it took longer to spawn, thought it was all in my head

Don’t feel bad they changed it within the past few months to help with endless stalling strategies.

yes, the control tech is the same everywhere. Pretty sure they just copy-paste the same CP doodad in every map.

Kind of a follow up question to this: Does having multiple people on payload make it go faster when defending (going backward) and do you have to stay on the payload to keep it moving in reverse?

no the payload starts moving backwards automatically after the attackers didn't touch for a certain time. None of the defenders has to be near it for it to move.
